The purpose of this study is to investigate the educational needs of literate students aged 10 to 49 years in Alborz province. The present study is based on a qualitative approach. This type of research is applied studies according to the purpose. To answer the question of this research, ie to identify the educational needs of literate students, exploratory research method and Delphi technique have been used. The statistical population of the study includes managers, experts and educators of Alborz province including (districts one, two, three, four, Taleghan, Eshtehard, Nazarabad, Savojbolagh). The number of 20 people (5 managers, 5 experts and 10 trainers) by Criterion-based purposive sampling was selected as the sample. "Semi-structured" interviews were used to collect data. Findings showed that the most important needs of literacy students include eleven needs of social needs, economic needs, cultural needs, political needs, spiritual needs, health needs, scientific needs, job needs, artistic needs, technology needs and environmental needs. Each need also has subcategories.
