Investigating the Application of New Learning-Learning Patterns in Joyce and Associates in Elementary Schools

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of new learning-learning patterns of Joyce et al., Which includes informational patterns, social patterns, individual patterns and behavioral systems in the elementary schools of Andika. The research method was field survey and the statistical population consisted of all the elementary school teachers of Andika city from the functions of Masjed Soleiman city in Khuzestan province in the academic year of 96-97 which consisted of 222 (96 males and 126 females). A sample size of 137 people (59 males and 78 females) was selected using multi-stage random sampling and Krejcie and Morgan tables. The results of a researcher-made questionnaire showed that the use of modern patterns of learning-learning, information processing, and social dialogue is not well-suited. Also, the use of individual patterns and behavioral systems is in a moderate situation. The findings of this research help educate students by providing in-service courses and colleges of teaching, teachers that are the main elements of the education system to apply and use the theories and new patterns of teaching-learning learning And encourage them to educate a creative generation that has the social and individual skills required by the community.
