Abstract
The purpose of the present research is to explain the professional qualifications of teachers by emphasizing the case study of the education of a contemporary teacher from Kermani, Ata Ahmadi. This research has used a method appropriate to our research questions. Among the various methods proposed in the qualitative approach of the research method; The research narrative, which is suitable for depicting the stories or lived experiences of a person's life, has been used, and the method of data analysis is thematic analysis and the semantic network, which is explained in three basic coding methods, organizing codes and comprehensive codes of the obtained categories. . The data collection tool of this research; Objective observation is semi-structured interview and document review. Also, in order to validate the findings of the research, group analysis and review by the interviewees, as well as three stratification, which are criteria for qualitative research, have been used. The results of the interviews with the students, friends and colleagues of the teacher under their research and analysis, we have obtained 11 main categories related to the nature of their education and 2 main categories related to the education of Ata Ahmadi's character. These categories can be used by the teachers of Farhangian University to develop the necessary qualifications for the teaching profession.
