Abstract
The kind of attitude of the teacher towards the student is a key element in education, which is like his road map during the teaching period. One of the duties of the philosophy of teacher training is to present a correct perspective to the student. The purpose of writing this article, which is written in a descriptive-analytical way, is to explain the importance of the place of "awareness" in the philosophy of teacher training. The findings of the research indicate that the teacher philosophically has no way to prove whether his student has a mind or not, but there is a strong intuition in us that other human beings, including students, have a mind like us. Therefore, the teacher must empathize with the student from an emotional point of view and put himself in his place. It is with such an assumption and attitude that the way is provided not for mere education, but for human education. Undoubtedly, such an attitude has very important results in the curriculum, teaching method, evaluation method, etc., which is needless to mention for those familiar with educational schools.
