In order to investigate the validity, construct validity, internal and external validity  and to ensure the reliability , the member survey method, peer review, exter  nal observer, and multitasking were used. Data were analyzed by qualitative content analysis method . The results of this study showed that extreme attention to the evaluation of theoretical skills and student reservations made the evaluation of their practical skills not to be considered, most evaluations were focused on the goal and less attention was paid to the process-oriented evaluation. There was little correlation between the evaluation method and the type of content provided, and the lack of time and facilities on the quality of the evaluations had a negative effect.
