Examine the current status of the general professional competencies of preschool teachers and compare them with the desired situation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of general vocational qualification of pre-school lecturer and compare it with the desired situation. The statistical population of this study consisted of 58 preschool students in Ilam city, all of which were selected by sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data. To assess the correlation matrix, KMO test and Bartlett's Kraft test were used to compare the existing situation and use of dependent t-test. After reviewing the requirements and studying the sources of astronomy and the background of the research, the views of experts and defense professors and analyzing factors were finally identified as 75 questions. Finally, eight main molecules of education, science, personality, social, intellectual, managerial, ethical and technology were categorized. Research findings showed that the preschool school is less than moderate in terms of educational, scientific, and moral qualifications, and there is a significant difference between the present and desired general education of preschool teachers in all of the components, in other words, for There is a gap to achieve the desired status, indicating that the professional qualifications of instructors are slightly higher than average.
